Ladies and gentleman, it’s time to get your plaid on.
As you may know, next week marks the start of the 2019 RBC Heritage. The tournament itself runs from April 18 to April 21, but the schedule of events runs all week long, and I’m inviting you to come join us at the No. 15 skybox we’re cosponsoring with South Atlantic Bank to enjoy the festivities.
This event is always a great opportunity for me to connect with friends and past clients and thank you for your business and your support over the years. In order to attend, you’ll need a wristband, which you can pick up here at our office on Monday or Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Our address is 36 William Pope Drive, Suite 203, Bluffton, South Carolina, 29909. If either time doesn’t work for you, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.

To shorten the list of items requiring attention, there are a few simple but invaluable things you, as the seller, can do ahead of time. Today I’ll list 10 preparatory tips for different areas of the home. You can also download this handy guide here.
1. Heating and Air Conditioning. Have your heating and air conditioning serviced, and be sure to tell your HVAC technician that you are selling your home and it will be undergoing an inspection. 2. Lighting. Be sure that all interior and exterior lights are working. Although it’s not a seller’s responsibility to replace light bulbs, if the light does not turn on during an inspection, the inspector does not replace bulbs and it is the responsibility of the seller to d ...

The Bluffton Rotary Annual Oyster Roast is coming up and you’re invited! Our team is proud to host this great event each year. The roast will take place on Saturday, February 2 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Bluffton Oyster Factory.
As always, all proceeds will go back into the community. We hope you’ll join us for an evening of friends, fun and, of course, oysters.
Tickets are going to go fast, which is why we’re giving 10 lucky people the chance to secure a spot for free. The first 10 people to either refer a friend using this form or to write us a 5-star review on Google, Facebook, or Zillow will receive a free ticket to the roast.
You can also purchase a ticket online for $35 here, or buy a ticket at the door for $40. In any case, we look forward to seeing you there.
If you have any other questions or would like more information, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We’ll see you at the Oyster Roast!
